Throughout his distinguished career he held prestigious positions in various command, staff and instructional roles, culminating in the position of Principal Staff Officer to the Chief of Army Staff as Adjutant General of Pakistan Army.

With nearly four decades of distinguished military service, Lt Gen Anwar Ali Hyder (Retd) brings consummate skills and experience in planning, organization, and administration to his present assignment. Throughout his distinguished career with the Pakistan Army, he held prestigious command, staff, and instructional positions, culminating in the position of Principal Staff Officer to the Chief of Army Staff as Adjutant General of the Pakistan Army. In this role, he spearheaded several important welfare initiatives and large-scale commercial projects at the Army and national level, including strategizing the development and growth of Fauji Foundation Companies and serving as the Chairman of Army Welfare Trust.
He made noteworthy contributions to the planning and development of Defence Housing Authorities all over the country and supervised the development and management of countrywide mega housing projects such as Askari Housing Colonies.
He also had the distinctive opportunity to make contributions in the academic domain as President of the National Defence University and as a member of the Board of Governors of NUST, NUMS and NUTECH.
Transitioning seamlessly into the civilian leadership role, Gen Hyder assumed the chairmanship of Naya Pakistan Housing and Development Authority and played an important role in the interim Federal Cabinet as the caretaker minister for Defence and Defence Production. He also served as a member of the Apex Committee of the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), where he made multifaceted contributions to national economic growth initiatives and, in the process, remained engaged with several public and private sector entities and multinational organizations.
His strategic prowess and commitment to excellence are complimented by his professional and academic qualifications, which include a Master of Strategic Studies from US Army War College, Carlisle, Pennsylvania and an MSc degree in War Studies from National Defence University, Islamabad. His dedication to duty and meritorious services in the Pakistan Army were duly recognized through conferment of the Chief of Army Staff Commendation Card and the prestigious Hilal-e-Imtiaz (Military) by the President of Pakistan.

Major General Amjad Ahmed Butt, was commissioned in Pakistan Army in September 1987. During his nearly four decades of military service, he has vast and varied experience on command, staff and instructional assignments. Key positions held include Commandant Military College of Signals (MCS), DG C4I, DG (Tech) of Strategic Organization and Signals Officer-in-Chief at General Headquarters, Pakistan Army.
The General is a graduate of Command & Staff College, Quetta and National Defence University, Islamabad. He holds masters degrees in Art and Science of Warfare from University of Balochistan and War Studies & Defence Management from National Defence University, Islamabad. In recognition of his meritorious services, he has been conferred with the award of Hilal-i-Imtiaz (Military).
Major General Amjad Ahmed Butt joined Fauji Foundation on 15 August 2024 as its CEO/MD Power Vertical.

Mr. Syed Bakhtiyar Kazmi is a fellow chartered accountant with over 35 years of experience in a diverse range of sectoral and functional strata within national and regional economies. He has been associated with different sectors like Banking & Finance, Manufacturing, Exploration and Production, Construction, Telecom, Hospitality, Aviation and Public Sector where he held different positions during mergers, acquisitions and expansions. He has held key positions in areas of Taxation, re-organization and re-structuring, audits, capacity building and due diligence.
Currently, he’s on board of various FF group companies like Fauji Fertilizer Comp. Ltd., Fauji Cement Comp. Ltd., Mari Petroleum, Fauji Foods Ltd., Foundation Solar Energy Ltd., FAP, Askari Cement Ltd., FTTL and etc.

Mr Muhammad Nauman Younas has a vast versatile work experience with over a decade of exceptional leadership and Project Management skills.

Mr. Muhammad Nauman Younas is the Chief Operating Officer FFBL Power Company Limited (FPCL). He holds MBA Degree from SZABIST – Islamabad and BE (Mechanical) from UET – Lahore. He has a vast versatile work experience with over a decade of exceptional leadership and Project Management skills.
He started his professional career in May 1993 joining Pak-Arab Fertilizer Ltd and in 1997 joined Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Ltd. He is amongst the pioneer engineers, who successfully constructed and commissioned FFBL Fertilizer Plant. Thereafter, he was assigned the role of Project Manager of the Coal Power Project, formally named as FFBL Power Company Limited (FPCL) in June 2014. FPCL is a non-EPC project and first of its kind in Pakistan. Despite overwhelming challenges this project was successfully completed in a record time within the budget.
